The Foreign Investment Law (FIL) will come into effect on January 1, 2020 with the current laws to Foreign Invested Enterprises (FIEs) being abolished at the same time.

With the implementation regulations on how to enforce the FIL, there are many questions about how FIEs will cope with these new changes during the 5 years transition period.  

In this seminar HIBC invited two lawyer Michelle Wong and Kim Liu, whom are from our partner law firm JunZeJun Law Office, we will help you better understand the new law, as well as present what the major changes to the Chinese foreign investment regime are.

2003年8月至2015年6月期间就职于深圳市某地区人民法院，从事民商事案件审判工作（2009年至2015年担任法官）。2017年11月加入北京市君泽君（深圳）律师事务所，执业期间为多家企事业单位提供常年法律顾问服务以及代为处理各类争议纠纷。

精通合同法、公司法、劳动法、破产法、证券法等，擅长为本国企事业单位以及外国对华投资者提供各类法律服务。主要业务方向：公司业务、争议解决（含诉讼、仲裁）以及国际投资。

工作语言：国语、英语、粤语

Wong graduated with a Master of International Law from Sydney University  and a LLB from Shenzhen University.

As a former Judge in Shenzhen District Court, Wong is very experienced in dispute settlement, contract, labor, and real estate property.

Being a lawyer, Wong works with foreign-related & capital markets legal service team at JunZeJun Law Offices. Her tasks include: dispute resolution; conducting legal due diligence, communicating with local government departments and drafting legal reports for listed company; advising clients and ensuring compliance to Company Law; representing the client in various business negotiations.

Wong is also an arbitrator in HNIAC.
