Le dérèglement climatique se perçoit au quotidien : les températures s'élèvent doucement ; les sécheresses, inondations et canicules extrêmes se suivent entrecoupées de typhons. Pour peindre ces changements imperceptibles mais inquiétants, ce concert des Someday singers vous poussera tout doucement, comme notre climat, en dehors de votre zone de confort. Vous sentirez la modification graduelle de votre environnement auditif à travers trois cycles de chansons où les harmonies se feront de plus en plus subtiles et étranges. Un premier cycle de douce musique contemporaine vous mettra dans un état de contemplation. Le deuxième cycle de madrigaux de la Renaissance italienne décrit les douleurs de l'amour et de la mort. Enfin, la musique de Francis Poulenc illustrera les quatre saisons. Chaque cycle de chansons comportera une pièce décalée représentant un événement climatique extrême.

We can all feel climate change in our daily lives: slowly rising temperatures, the occasional freak drought, flooding, heat waves, monster typhoons. To make these imperceptible and worrying changes unfolding before us even more visceral, Someday Singers present a programme that uses sound to mimic the sensations of climate change and slowly push you out of your comfort zone. You will hear and feel the gradual change in your aural environment through three successive cycles of songs featuring subtle but increasingly strange changes in harmonies. The first cycle of soothing contemporary music will foster a state of contemplation. A second cycle of Italian Renaissance madrigals will express the pains of love and death. And finally, we will sing through the four seasons with music by the modern French composer Francis Poulenc. Each cycle of songs features an outlier number that represents the freak extreme climate events we often see today. 

For a completely revealing experience, we suggest you take part in a climate fresk workshop before or after the concert. 

近些年，人人都能在日常生活中感知到气候变化：从气温升高、来时不定的旱情或洪灾，到高温天气和暴虐的台风。为了凸显我们正面临的潜在又令人不安的变化，择日合唱团将呈现一场从听觉上把听众慢慢引出舒适圈的节目。您将听到三套不同风格和时代的组曲，其曲目特征微妙且和声变化愈来愈奇异。首篇中舒缓的现代音乐会带您进入沉思的状态；接着是描绘爱情与死亡苦痛的意大利文艺复兴牧歌；最后将带来的是由法国作曲家普朗克（Francis Poulenc 1899-1963）创作的套曲《四季》。值得一提的是，每部分都有一首与众不同的曲子，象征着当前世界中的突发事件。
