如果你已经对颂钵有所了解，想来一场让自己心身完全放松的恬静聆听，那么你可以沉浸在由导师全程敲击颂钵的【安坐净听】。
Perhaps you have some knowledge about Singing Bowl, just hope to have a peaceful listening experience that completely relaxes your mind and body, then you can immerse yourself in Pure Listen, in which the mentor will perform through out the session.
为了把最多的时间用于Ming老师敲击颂钵，让参加的伙伴更安稳的倾听和更深入的放松，本期活动不设讲解。在所有环节结束后，伙伴们可以自由交流。
In order to allow Mentor Ming to perform her Singing Bowl through out, and our friends to listen and relax deeply, there will not be any lecture. We can have interactive discussion after all the agenda is done.
环节Agenda：
一、5分钟，入座并安顿(5min settle down)
二、50分钟，纯敲净听(50min pure listening & complete relaxation)
三、5分钟，唤醒与冥想（5min wake-up & meditation)
