On August 25, Columbia Global Centers | Beijing invites you to the eighth discussion of the Center's Women Leadership Panel Series.

本期论坛将邀请三位在金融领域具有资深经验的职场精英女性，分享她们从业以来的经验体会。她们也将就女性在职场的现状和如何提高女性领导力给出自己的建议。愿每位女性都能志在鸿鹄，冲破藩篱，追逐梦想，用激情和勇气去创造价值。

This panel discussion features three women elites in the financial sector to share the most important and challenging decisions in their career and to provide their insights on career development and personal growth.

许穗炜

Shirley HSU

许穗炜女士现任清华启迪海外投资平台太平海首席财务官。许女士在纽约和香港拥有超过25年的投资银行经验，曾于雷曼兄弟、摩根大通等投行任职。她是最早帮助中国大陆企业在香港上市的投资银行家之一，保荐上市的企业包括中兴通讯、中国联通、中国银行集团和中国银行（香港）等。许女士曾于先锋资本担任总裁7年，负责金融服务、金融科技、奢侈品业务、高端地产、新兴市场的战略投资和管理。许女士拥有哥伦比亚大学国际金融及东亚研究硕士，布林莫尔学院经济学学士学位，曾任哥伦比亚大学香港校友会主席。

Shirley Hsu is currently working in Hong Kong as a CFO with TUS Pine Peak, an overseas investment platform of TUS Group, part of Tsinghua University Holding family. Shirley started her investment banking career with Lehman Brothers on Wall Street and eventually relocated to Hong Kong with Chase Manhattan Bank. She was instrumental in the early Chinese capital market development with early H-share listing for Chinese companies on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, such as ZTE H-share listing, China Unicom listing, the listing of Bank of China Group and Bank of China Hong Kong. She also worked for a mainland Chinese conglomerate as a CEO for 7 years in financial services, fintech, luxury retail, resort golf hotels & chateaus and new world economy investment/ management. Shirley earned her MIA degree from Columbia University School of International Affairs and BA from Bryn Mawr College, and she was the president of Columbia Hong Kong Club.

Huan GAO

高欢女士是耶鲁研究生院03届校友，现任美国富国银行北京分行高级副总裁，负责中国有关重要金融机构客户关系和业务发展。她在费城加入富国银行，并在其香港、上海及北京的分支机构任职，包括北京代表处首席代表。她拥有复旦大学外文系学士学位和耶鲁大学国际关系硕士学位，并在宾大沃顿商学院完成金融与会计在职项目课程。此外，她也常为《澎湃》等媒体写书评和文章。

Huan received her master degree at Yale University. She is Senior Vice President at Wells Fargo Bank Beijing Branch, covering major relationships of Chinese financial institutions for business development. She joined the bank in Philadelphia and has held various positions in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing, including Chief Representative of its Beijing Rep Office. She has B.A. degree in English from Fudan University, M.A. degree in International Relations from Yale, and completed Finance and Accounting Program at the Wharton School. She also writes book reviews and essays for The Paper etc.

Yun SHEN

沈芸女士是哥伦比亚大学法学院06届研究生校友，中国政法大学国际经济法硕士。现任瑞信方正证券合规总监、董事总经理，曾任中金基金督察长，在证券基金监管机构、瑞银集团、中金公司等从事证券基金监管和法律合规工作近20年，担任中国证券业、基金业协会及深交所相关专业委员会委员、北京仲裁委员会仲裁员。

Ms. Yun Shen holds a LL. M from Columbia University and a master of International Economic Law from China University of Political Science and Law. She currently works as the Compliance Director and Managing Director in Credit Suisse Founder Securities Limited. She worked for CICC Fund as the Inspector General, with intensive regulatory and legal compliance experiences in China Securities Regulatory Commission, United Bank of Switzerland Group, and China International Capital Corporation for nearly 20 years. Ms. Shen serves as a board member of several professional committees in Securities Association of China, Asset Management Association of China, and Shenzhen Stock Exchange. She is also an arbitrator in Beijing Arbitration Commission.

梁牧笛

Mudi LIANG

梁牧笛女士是哥伦比亚大学经济学与教育学硕士，全额奖学金得主。她曾为科罗拉多州政府和世界银行工作，现于金融监管领域任职，拥有交易所一线监管经验。今年九月，她将在清华五道口金融学院攻读博士学位。梁女士参与创建了科技监管平台和一系列政策规章的制定，研究领域涵盖公司治理、中美金融监管政策对比和相关投资者保护措施等。

Ms. Mudi Liang graduated from Columbia University with a master degree in Economics and Education, sponsored by a full scholarship from China Scholarship Committee. She used to work for Colorado State Government and World Bank. After relocating to Beijing, she joined China Securities Regulatory Commission, with frontier regulation experience in Shanghai Stock Exchange. And she's now pursuing her Ph.D in Tsinghua University. Ms. Liang collaborated the earlier version of Reg-tech platform and got involved in several latest policy-making process in China's capital market. She conducted researches in corporate governance, policy development in US Securities and Exchange Commission, and investor protection practices in Science and Technology Board.
