Receive a personalized chauffeured transfer to Taiwoo Ski Resort, where your pets can play in the snow and explore the charming town. Experience the enchantment of night skiing at Taiwoo Ski Resort.
Day 2	带宠物畅滑雪场可选活动：壹池温泉放松时光	Continue the exhilarating ski experience with your pets. Optional activity: Relax and rejuvenate at the Yichi Hot Springs.
Day 3 EdenPaws Family Day!	与EdenPaws团队和毛孩子一起在娱雪乐园享受快乐时光，参与体验冰湖游乐场，雪地转转，超级大滑道，冰城堡滑梯等项目参加萌宠比赛，享受宠物友好饭店庆功宴及颁奖典礼享受宠物友好饭店庆功宴晚餐及颁奖典礼（包餐）夜晚精酿工场Live House活动	Join the EdenPaws team for a day of fun at the Snow Entertainment Park, featuring attractions like the Ice Lake Amusement Park, Snow Merry-Go-Round, Giant Slides, and Ice Castle Slides. Participate in the adorable pet contest, followed by a celebratory banquet and award ceremony at a pet-friendly restaurant.(Dinner included) Evening entertainment at the Craft Brewery Live House.
Day 4	带宠物继续畅滑雪场可选活动：壹池温泉放松时光或者观看电影	Continue your skiing adventure alongside your pets. Optional relaxation time at the Yichi Hot Springs or enjoy a movie night
Day 5	自由活动，享受最后的滑雪或小镇时光专车送机，搭乘豪华商务包机回家	Enjoy your last moments skiing or exploring the town. A private chauffeur will escort you to your luxury business jet for your homeward journey.

所有毛孩子需提供疫苗/免疫证明和动物卫生合格证明
在登机前，毛孩子需要在专用的宠物航空箱中运输以确保安全
起飞和降落过程中，毛孩子需要安置在航空箱内确保ta们的安全
飞行中，宠物可在客舱内活动，但需要遵守航空公司规定。
因航司要求部分烈性犬种无法搭乘包机，详情请咨询EdenPaws工作人员

All pets must have up-to-date vaccination/immunization records and health certificates.
Pets must be transported in specialized pet carriers to ensure safety prior to boarding.
During takeoff and landing, pets should remain in their carriers for safety.
Pets may roam the cabin during flight, subject to conditions and airline regulations.
Please consult EdenPaws staff for specific restrictions on certain breeds.

退款说明 Terms and Policies

本行程因不可抗力或报名人数未达到最低成团标准，则活动宣布延期或取消，款项会在3-7个工作日内退回。

1、拍下后成团前，用户可申请取消订单，费用会在3-7个工作日全额原路返回。

2、成团后，如需退团、退费，按以下标准执行：

（1）出发前5-7天，乘客取消订单，收取总价80%的手续费。

（2）出发前5天内，乘客取消订单，不予退还活动费用，收取总价100%手续费。

注：因本产品所有资源为集中采购，不可退换，故成团后起飞前5天内无法退费。但用户可最晚在出行前5天自行转让名额，甲方将协助配合乙方修改乘机人员和宠物信息。

DESCRIPTION OF INVOLUNTARY CANCELLATION

The tour could be canceled or postponed due to

force majeure** (natural disasters, epidemics, policies, etc.)
number of participants fails to meet the minimum group size

In the above cases, deposit prepayments will be refunded.

Prior to meeting the minimum group size requirement for the itinerary, users may cancel their booking at any time. The payment will be refunded in full through the original payment method within 3-7 business days.
After the group is officially formed, if a participant wishes to withdraw:

i. Cancellations made 5-7 days before departure will incur an 80% cancellation fee of the total price.

ii. Cancellations made within 5 days of departure will not be refunded, and a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

Note: Since all resources for this product are booked as a group in advance, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. No refunds are possible within 5 days before departure. However, participants can transfer their spot to someone else up to 5 days before travel, and EdenPaws will assist in modifying the information of the passengers and pets.

STATEMENT LIMITING RESPONSIBILITY

Pet owners must ensure their pets are not aggressive, free from any illnesses, and not in heat. Otherwise, they assume full responsibility for their pets.
Pets that are explicitly prohibited, as well as pets with incomplete health and quarantine documentation, are not allowed to participate.
Any personal (or pet) injuries and/or property damage caused by pets or their owners during free-time activities are the sole responsibility of the pet owners.
In case of pet loss, illness, or accidental death during the tour, EdenPaws will assist the pet owner in handling related emergency situations.

**FORCE MAJEURE

The itinerary may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic control, and special events. For safety reasons, Edenpaws reserves the right to adjust the schedule of activities as necessary.

Instances of force majeure at the destination include but are not limited to: sudden riots (with red travel warnings issued by China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs or Tourism Bureau), earthquakes, floods, typhoons, and other natural disasters, as well as large-scale epidemics occurring at the destination.

Third-party causes include, but are not limited to flight cancellations, national policy restrictions, etc.

PERSONAL POSTPONEMENT

If personal circumstances at your point of departure, such as force majeure or third-party reasons, prevent you from joining the group on the scheduled day, you will need to make the necessary adjustments on your own. Edenpaws will endeavor to assist in your reunion with the group but will not bear any additional costs incurred. Expenses for attractions, activities, or accommodations missed due to travel delays are non-refundable.
