学习散打的好处:
通过严格的搏击训练来达到精神上的修炼,使人战胜自我,克服自身原来的懒散、胆怯、懦弱、自卑、消极等缺点,培养积极进取、顽强拼搏的精神以及坚韧不拔、自强不息的意志品质。
地点:11号地铁线马安山地铁站D出口 集合
约课时间:每周一到周五早上10点至晚上9点。5人以上安排上课。
课程计划:连续5天10次课完成初级全部课程。如果需要文化社区住宿另加85元/晚,会员45元/晚
