在快节奏的现代生活中,我们对这个世界上发生的事情关注很多,而对自己的身心却了解甚少。在开始瑜伽之前,我们可能都不了解“我的身体如此僵紧,我的肩膀内扣,我的骨盆不在正位上,我的呼吸状态如何,我的情绪如何波动的”等等。
In our fast-paced modern lives, we pay too much attention to what's going on in the world and too little to our bodies and minds. Before starting yoga, we may not know "my body is so tight, my shoulders are buttoned in, my pelvis is not in the right position, how my breathing is, how my mood swings" and so on.
而通过有觉知的练习,我们将与自己建立一个良好的连接,深入了解自己的身心,认识自己,学会与自己和谐共处。
Through the practice of awareness, we will establish a good connection with ourselves, to get a deeply understanding of our body and mind, to know ourselves, and learn to live in harmony with ourselves.
这次的体式练习包含了后弯和倒立,学会去开发自己薄弱的部分,同时也包含了调息法,学会去和呼吸建立连接,让我们能够驾驭心智与情感的能量,进而达到自我控制,而非受思想与感觉所控制,进而去面临充满挑战的生活。
This asana practice includes backward bends and handstands, learning to develop our weak points, and pranayama, learning to connect with the breath so that we can harness the mental and emotional energy to achieve self-control instead of being controlled by the thoughts and feelings that lead to a challenging life.
