Frank Huang

As the founder of Starinyou, Frank has had 15 years of experience in teaching English as a second language. Before he established Starinyou, he once worked as a translator/interpreter for both local and international companies.  

Frank has presented seminars about business presentation and interview skills at the East China University of Political Science and Law, the Foreign Language College of Nanjing Hohai University, and Shanghai Jianniao University.

Frank, along with his team, has conducted business English courses for employees from multinational companies in Shanghai, including Apple, Intel, Lilith Games, Blizzard, Tenneco, VF China, &c Inc., Perfect World, etc.

Mark Skinner

A public speaking coach and educator who helps people learn new and deeper ways to express themselves. 

Born in the US, he has lived most of his life outside of his home country living and working with people from very different personal and cultural backgrounds. He has worked in a variety of career fields, including the government and military, early childhood education and translation. 

He believes that we are all born with an instinct to reach out to our fellow human beings and that one of life's greatest challenges is finding new ways to relate to others. It's through this challenge that everyone candiscover the mental, emotional and spiritual strength to truly connect withthemselves and others in a way that enriches lives.

Paul William James

Paul has been both a teacher and a trainer in China for over 10 years, having taught and trained in companies, schools and universities  since 2007. 

He has extensive teaching  and  training experience teaching Presentation Skills, and Business English, and English to a wide range of students within private and public sector. In addition to this he has designed and conducted many presentation workshops and seminars within Shanghai and is also actively engaged in developing workshops on Explorative Learning Strategies and Creativity. 

He has also been a member of Toastmasters International for nearly 10 years, in which he has achieved highest accolade of DTM for his presentation and leadership skills. As an active speaker and presenter in Toastmasters he has been a finalist in National Toastmasters speech contest many times.

Paul is a passionate advocator of personal growth and continuous development and is dedicated in helping others find and achieve their full potential.
