    Organization Development (OD) is a planned process of change in an organization's culture through the utilization of behavioral science technologies, research, and theory (Burke, 1982). Leadership coaching is a means of practicing OD; by providing coaching services on various levels including individual, team and organization, we can implement organization change and transformation.
    组织发展是一个通过利用行为科学技术、研究和理论对组织文化进行有计划的变革的过程(Burke, 1982)。领导力教练是组织发展实践的手段,通过个体、团队和组织等不同的教练层级,实现组织的变革与转型。

    In the variable, complex, and ambiguous economic and organizational environment nowadays, OD and leadership coaching, as organizational problem-solving thoughts that are totally different from traditional management consulting styles, have become important Professional Philosophy in the fields of social development and organization change; they adopt patterns that implement organization change and transformation by inspiring organization wisdom rather than depending on or believing in past experience.

    在当今易变、复杂、模糊的经济与组织环境下,组织发展与领导力教练作为与传统管理咨询风格迥异的组织问题解决思路,因为其不依赖和笃信过往经验,而更多的通过激发组织智慧实现组织变革与转型的模式,已经成为社会发展与组织变革领域最重要的专业哲学。

    Through the use of Organization Development (OD) and Leadership Coaching in the intervention and dialogue about transformational organizational factors (such as senior leadership team, strategy, and culture) and typical business challenges (e.g., family business governance & succession, entrepreneurship & innovation, mergers & acquisitions, and globalization), IAOL gains a lot of experience in OD and Leadership Coaching research and practice, establishing an outstanding track record working with organizations.

    通过使用组织发展和领导力教练的方法对高级领导团队、战略与文化等转型性组织要素,家族企业治理与传承、创业与创新、兼并收购与全球化等典型商业挑战的干预与对话,IAOL积累了丰富的组织发展与领导力教练领域的研究与实践经验,在与企业合作过程中亦获得了众多辉煌的成就。

    It is in such a context that the International Association of Organization and Leadership (IAOL), Organizational Leadership Essentials Certification Program(OLECP),  Organization Development Certification Program (ODCP), Leadership Coaching Certification Program (LCCP) , and Organizational Leadership and Enterprise Practices Series (OLEPS) come into being. Since they were started in 2012 in China, More than 1,000 senior leaders, HR and organization development directors, consultants, and professional coaches have participated.

    IAOL国际组织与领导力协会“OLECP组织领导力精要认证项目”、“ODCP组织发展认证项目”、“LCCP领导力教练认证项目”与“OLEPS组织领导力与企业实践系列项目”就是依此背景而诞生,自2012年在国内开展以来,已有超过1000位高级领导者、人力资源与组织发展总监、咨询顾问和专业教练参与了认证项目。

    The certification programs not only provide various learning resources, as well as over ten card sets for real business scenarios; more importantly, they help enable leaders and professionals to creatively solve real-life problems.

    认证项目不仅提供丰盛的参考文献和学习材料,以及超过10种应用于真实商业情境的工具卡片,更关键的是将会揭示如何将理论、研究与实践融会贯通的过程,以发展领导者和专业人士创造性解决真实问题的能力。


    Introduction to Organization Development Certification Program
    ODCP组织发展认证项目简介

    The ODCP is intended to develop the capabilities of leaders and professionals, including apply diagnostic and dialogic OD models, processes and tools in planning and implementing organization change, and thus organization effectiveness and sustainability can be achieved. This certification program involves three modules, taking nine days in total; three major tasks are undertaken throughout the learning process, motivating OD practitioners to become architects of organization change.
    ODCP组织发展认证项目的目标在于发展领导者和专业人士运用诊断式与对话式OD的模型、流程与工具规划与实施组织变革等能力,以实现组织有效性和可持续发展。 认证项目包括三个模块共九天的学习时间,将三大任务贯穿于学习过程,推动OD实践者成为组织变革的架构师。


    Introduction to Leadership Coaching Certification Program
    LCCP领导力教练认证项目简介

    The LCCP is intended to develop the capabilities of leaders and professionals to apply leadership coaching models, processes and tools in making interventions and conducting conversations at different levels such as individual, team and organization, and thus organization effectiveness and sustainability can be achieved. This certification program involves three modules, taking nine days in total; three major tasks are undertaken throughout the learning process, motivating leaders and professionals to become agents of organization change.
    LCCP领导力教练认证项目的目标在于发展领导者和专业人士运用领导力教练的模型、流程与工具实现个人、团队和组织等不同层面的干预与对话的能力,以实现组织有效性和可持续发展。 认证项目包括三个模块共九天的学习时间,将三大任务贯穿于学习过程,推动领导者和专业人士成为组织变革的促进者。


    The ODCP and LCCP each consist of 3 phases, and each phase takes 3 days, taking 18 days in total. After the training, the IAOL ODCP and IAOL LCCP training certificates will be awarded.

    ODCP组织发展认证项目和LCCP领导力教练认证项目培训分别包含3个阶段,每次3天,共计18天。培训结束后颁发“ODCP组织发展培训认证证书”和“LCCP领导力教练培训认证证书”。

    The OLEPS (Organizational Leadership and Enterprise Practices Series) is composed of three separate certification programs on FBGS (Family Business Governance & Succession), EI (Entrepreneurship & Innovation), and MAG (Mergers, Acquisitions & Globalization). Each sub-program lasts for 3 days, and after completing the whole program, participants would receive a certificate issued by IAOL.

    OLEPS组织领导力与企业实践系列项目包括FBGS家族企业治理与传承认证项目、EI创业与创新认证项目、MAG兼并收购与全球化认证项目等3个子项目,每个项目3天,培训结束后颁发相关培训认证证书。

    After completing the ODCP, LCCP, and FBGS/EI/MAG, you can participate in the professional supervision of Organization & Leadership Certification Program (OLCP), the supervision consists of 3 one-on-one coaching and 1 practice case paper, and the supervision period is at least 3 months. For the supervision certification phase, after the paper is approved by the IAOL Hong Kong office, the IAOL Organization & Leadership Certified Professional Certificate will be awarded.

    完成ODCP与LCCP,并FBGS、EI、MAG其中之一后,可参加OLCP组织领导力认证专家督导认证,督导包含3次一对一教练,以及1篇实践案例论文,督导周期最少3个月。督导认证阶段,论文通过IAOL香港联络处的审核后,颁发“组织领导力认证专家证书”。

    讲师简介

    Arthur (Hou Jingxi), a partner at HOUSGROUP, the Asian-Pacific executive chairman of the International Association of Organization and Leadership (IAOL), trainer/supervisor for IAOL professional certification programs, having rich research and practice experience in professional areas including Organization Culture & Leadership, Strategy & Change, and Senior Leadership Team Development, and in organizational contexts including Entrepreneurship & Innovation, Family Business Governance & Succession, and Mergers, Acquisitions & Globalization.

    侯敬喜,HOUSGROUP望岳集团合伙人,IAOL国际组织与领导力协会亚太区执行主席,IAOL专业认证项目培训师/督导师,在组织文化与领导力、战略与变革、高级领导团队发展等专业领域,以及创业与创新、家族企业治理与传承、兼并收购与全球化等组织情境具有丰富的研究与实践经验。

    Graduated from Peking University and Northeast Normal University, holding Bachelor' s and Master's degrees in Management etc.; and having had furthered his study in UC Berkeley, Cornell University, Columbia University, Pennsylvania State University, Boston University, etc. During his cooperation with IAOL, Hong Kong University, Peking University, International Association of Applied Psychology (IAAP), he has presented his research findings on subjects including personality & ego development and organization development & change have been presented in international psychology seminars held in various areas, including Paris, Yokohama, Boston, Athens, and Barcelona. He has working experience in industries of education and communications, including Image and Grentech, serving as general manager and organization development senior manager, having successful entrepreneurial and investment experience in Internet and culture industries.

    毕业于北京大学与东北师范大学,获管理学等硕士与学士学位,同时前往加州伯克利大学、康奈尔大学、哥伦比亚大学、宾夕法尼亚州立大学、波士顿学院等进修。在与国际组织与领导力协会、香港大学、北京大学、IAAP国际应用心理学协会合作期间,关于人格与自我发展、组织发展与变革等主题研究成果已在巴黎、横滨、波士顿、雅典、巴塞罗那等地区举行的国际心理学会议上发表或报告 。曾工作于Image、Grentech等教育与通信行业,担任总经理和组织发展高级经理,拥有在互联网产业和文化产业的成功创业和投资经历。

    Having trained, coached, and mentored, since 2011, more than 100 senior leadership teams, 1000 senior leaders, and 1000 professionals. Customers include China Resources, AVIC, CMB, China Mobile, CFLD, NEO Capital, Longfor, Uni-Top, Emerson, L'OREAL, B. Braun, Yanlord Land etc.

    1. The fees cover tuition, lunch and refreshments, learning materials and tools, but excluding transportation or accommodation; 
    费用包括讲师费用、午餐和茶点费用、学习材料和工具费用,但不包括交通、住宿费用;

    2. For ODCP or LCCP, a discount of 10% is available if payment is made two months in advance, that is, RMB 34,560 for each program; if you register for both the ODCP and LCCP, a discount of 15% is available for two-month prepayment, that is, RMB 65,280 for the two programs.ODCP或LCCP分别提前二个月缴费享受9折优惠,即¥34,560元,ODCP与LCCP共同提前二个月缴费享受8.5折优惠,即¥65,280元;

    3. Administration and Learning manual fees of RMB 1280 per person a day are required for make-up or restudy sessions; 补课或重修需缴纳每模块所涉及的行政与学习手册费用,¥1,280元/人/天;
