9月16日，哥伦比亚大学全球中心 | 北京和ABC美好社会咨询社将联合举办“2017年度公益行业薪酬与人才实践调研报告发布会”。

自2016年底，ABC美好社会咨询社正式发起公益行业薪酬及人才实践调研项目，旨在从多维度扫描公益组织在人力资源管理方面所面临的核心问题以及潜在的解决方向，建立公益行业人力资源实践现状与薪酬数据库，并构建首个公益组织敬业度/满意度诊断工具。本次报告发布会将分享调研报告的核心发现并邀请公益行业相关机构代表与各界人力专家共同研讨公益行业人力资源管理与人才发展的核心问题。

On Sept. 16, Columbia Global Centers | Beijing and A Better Community (ABC) will jointly hold a launch event of "The 2017 Non-profit Sector Remuneration & Talent Development Practice Report."

The Non-profit Sector Remuneration & Talent Development Practice Survey was initiated by ABC at the end of 2016. The findings aim at providing insight to multiple key issues in human resource practice in the non-profit sector and the report provide corresponding improvement recommendations. A comprehensive database of current industry remuneration levels and talent development practices was formed through the survey, and a non-profit organization staff satisfaction diagnostic tool was developed. At this event, key findings of the report will be presented, and a panel of industry experts will jointly discuss challenges managing human resources in the non-profit sector. 

关于ABC美好社会咨询社

ABC美好社会咨询社（A Better Community，简称ABC）成立于2008年，是中国首家支持专业志愿者为社会组织提供管理咨询服务的社会企业，现任副社长李氟钠为哥伦比亚大学校友 (SIPA '17)。ABC通过整合职场人士和高校师生的优势资源，帮助社会组织解决因缺少专业知识与技能而无法完成的具有调研和分析性质的咨询工作，从而促进社会组织持续、有效和健康的成长。自2008年以来，ABC的志愿者已经于北京、上海、成都和深圳为130余家社会组织服务，累计完成项目上百个，项目志愿者累计超过1200人，提供咨询服务累计超过170,000小时，折合商业价值达2亿元人民币。

About ABC

A Better Community (ABC) was established in 2008 and was the first social enterprise of its kind in providing professional consulting services to social sector organizations by skill-based volunteers. Through integrating industry professionals, university teachers and students, ABC serves organisations with a social mission by providing professional knowledge, skills and experience to the investigation and analysis processes that are essential in its sustainable development process. As of September 2017, ABC's volunteers have served over 130 NGOs and social enterprises in Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu and Shenzhen. Over 1,200 volunteers have offered their services, providing over 170,000 consulting hours worth $30 million. Currently, Funa Li, a Columbia alumna of SIPA '17, serves as the Vice President of ABC.
