关于Scale-up Systems和DynoChem

DynoChem培训主要针对医药和有机精细化学品过程开发和生产领域的科学家和工程师，适合从零开始的用户或有一定基础的用户，涉及工艺开发和放大，技术转移，API反应优化，过滤, 结晶等后处理和分离操作。

Training will address DynoChem applications for engineers and scientists in pharmaceutical API and organic fine chemicals process development and manufacturing sites involved in process scale-up, technology transfer, troubleshooting and optimisation of API reaction, filtration,crystallization, workup and isolation steps.

培训主要针对医药活性中间体和有机精细化学品过程开发和生产领域的科学家和工程师，涉及工艺开发和放大，工艺安全，技术转移，API反应优化，后处理和分离操作。

Training will address DynoChem applications for engineers and scientists in pharmaceutical API process development and manufacturing sites involved in process scale-up, process safety, technology transfer, troubleshooting and optimisation of API reaction, workup and isolation steps.

参与人员需要携带安装DynoChem的笔记本电脑，公司将在培训前为完成注册的参与人员提供DynoChem的安装程序和安装许可。培训为2017年3月23日9:00-3月24日下午16:30 （北京时间）。

Trainees will need to bring laptop computers with DynoChem installed. Scale-up Systems will provide DynoChem installation program and training licenses for trainees who have finished registration. Training times will be from 9:00 to 16:30 each day, with total 12 hours of tuition.

培训参与人数在18人以内。活动将用英文和中文进行，课程材料为中英文双语。

The number of attendees will be less than 18. This event will be delivered in English and Chinese. Course materials will be in both languages.

标准培训将包含以下的内容：

The worldwide standard agenda will cover topics such as:

l  Reactor calculations for heat transfer and minimum safe addition time for dosing-controlled reactions

l  Reactor calculations for mixing

l  Obtaining physical property values for solvents and mixtures

l  Phase equilibrium calculations for boiling point, identifying azeotropes and miscibility

l  Simulate solvent swap / displacement / chasing operations to optimize solvent volumes and cycle time

l  Optimising batch distillation / solvent switch operations

l  Scale-up of filtration and centrifugation steps

l  Basics of DynoChem modelling applicable to reactions and other operations.

Learning objectives

l  By the end of the course, trainees will be able to:

l  Draw and understand process schemes and use them to help think about how to model or design experiments to understand a new or existing process

l  Use DynoChem utilities to estimate parameter values, compare vessels and ensure minimum agitation criteria are met in lab and plant vessels

l  Use plant data to determine equipment characteristics, especially heat transfer

l  Simulate solid-liquid separation operations based on standard lab experiments

l  Look up physical properties for pure components and mixtures

l  Simulate solvent swap / displacement / chasing operations to optimize solvent volumes and cycle time

l  Generate response surfaces to study process robustness and determine design space for QbD submissions

l  Understand more about how DynoChem works internally and how it builds the model from user input

l  Explore other applications and reuse learned skills to tackle other unit operations or create new templates

l  Interact with the DynoChem support team when starting new projects.

l  The registration fee includes attendance for both days of training, all training materials, coffee breaks and lunch on both days. Hotel accommodation is not included.

注册取消和退款

1．培训前的任何时间可变更参与培训的学员。

2．可在培训开始前1周的任何时间取消注册，扣除手续费之后全额退还（手续费不超过300元人民币）。

3．培训开始前1周内取消注册，不退款。

4．注册对来自政府部门，工业界和学术界的DynoChem客户以及有意向客户开放。

Refund / cancellation policy

l  Substitutions can be made at any time before the training.

l  For cancellations made in writing up to one week before the training, a full refund will be made, less a financial charge of $50.

l  No refunds can be given for cancellations less than one week before the event.

l  Registration is open to DynoChem customers and prospective customers from industry, academia and government.
