What if you could use your languages to meet new people from all over the world? Join a special Language Mix event: Language Mix Open Mic, this Friday night in Shenzhen to come talk to the world! Language Mix Open Mic

This is a celebration of the power of language: meditating through storytelling, having conversations with friendly people and being true to your voice.

这是一次庆祝语言力量的活动：通过练习语言／讲故事释放自己，与友好的人交谈并忠实于你的声音。

Language Mix is a social event that brings people together through language learning. If you're a busy urbanite that wants to keep learning a language while also maintaining a social life, this is the event for you. There are no lectures or drills; at Language Mix, we use language for it's intended purpose: to talk with people.

Language Mix是一个通过语言学习将大家聚集在一起的社交活动。如果你是一个忙碌的都市人，既想学习一门语言，又想维持社交生活，那么这就是你需要的活动。没有讲座或演练，在Language Mix我们使用语言的目的是：与人交谈。

How do we do that? Language Mix invented a unique flag system for people at the event to recognize each other. Each flag represents a different language, so you can look at people in the crowd and find a language partner based on what you see.

活动怎么进行呢？Language Mix发明了一个独特的识别系统（国旗／区域旗帜贴纸），让大家在活动中互相认识：每一面旗帜都代表着不同的语言，方便你从人群中，根据旗帜贴纸搜索你的语言交流伙伴。

Our standard format is that your native language goes on top, and then your other stickers go in order of fluency. So for example, if you're interested in learning French, look for someone for wearing a French flag on their shirt! If it's the first flag on their clothing, then they're a native French speaker! Just go right up and start a conversation. Everyone at the Language Mix event is very friendly and forgiving of language mistakes, so don't worry about speaking "perfectly". The idea is to have fun through languages!

我们的标准格式是母语放在最上面，然后按流利程度贴上其他国旗／区域旗帜的贴纸。例如，如果你对学习法语感兴趣，那就去找那些衣服上贴着法国国旗的伙伴吧！如果这是他们衣服上的第一面国旗，那么他们就是以法语为母语的人！不要害羞，直接过去开始对话吧！参加Language Mix的每个人都很友好，对语言错误都很宽容，所以不要担心说得“不完美”。Language Mix鼓励大家通过语言获得乐趣！

Are you shy? Don't worry! The free-flowing format of Language Mix means that someone will soon come up and help start a conversation with you. To make starting a conversation even easier, at the event your entrance ticket comes with a discount toward any drink: coffee, tea, juice and yes...beer! Drinking alcohol is now scientifically proven to help you speak a foreign language better, so treat yourself at the event.

你害羞吗？别担心？Language Mix是自由形式的活动，这意味着很快会有人来和你开展对话。为了让对话开展得更自然、更容易，在活动里，你的门票包含了一个饮料折扣：有咖啡、茶、果汁，当然还有……啤酒！科学证明，喝酒可以帮助你把外语说得更好，所以请在活动中善待自己。

Language Mix was started in 2015 in the French Concession of Shanghai by an American who wanted to connect better with the local Chinese population and also provide a platform for all languages (English, Mandarin, Japanese, Spanish, French, German, Korean, Russian and more), which until that time didn't exist. The concept proved to be so popular that it expanded to cities all around China, including Beijing, Nanjing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Hong Kong. Our hope is that no matter where you go, when you arrive in a new city you'll have somewhere to connect with new people, even without knowing them beforehand.

2015年在上海法租界，一位美国伙子想要更好地与本地中国人联系，同时也想为所有的语言交流／学习(英语、汉语、日语、西班牙语、法语、德语、韩语、俄语等)提供一个更好的平台，Language Mix就此诞生。在此之前，这种平台并不存在。而事实证明，这平台非常受欢迎，Language Mix已扩展到中国各地的城市，包括北京、南京、广州、深圳和香港。我们希望，无论你到哪里去，当你到达一个不熟悉的城市，都有一个与新朋友联系的平台(即便之前并不认识他们)。

For Shenzhen, we've chosen to host our event at the amazing event space Boomo in downtown Futian. For only 55元 to join the event, you'll be enjoying a beautiful and spacious event hall, plus a huge drink and food selection, we couldn't possibly think of a better venue anywhere in the city.

在深圳，我们会在福田市中心一个超棒的活动空间Boomo举办活动。只需要55元，就能在一个美丽又宽敞的活动大厅(加上超多的饮料和食品选择)，和各国朋友享受一整晚。在这个城市里，我们简直想象不到另外一个更好的地方了。
